Breakthrough in Action

My work focuses on helping people identify and change ineffective behavior not just learning new tools or information. Changing behavior takes time. It takes time for people to go through the experiences that expose what gets in the way of success. It takes time for them to try out replacement behaviors and talk about what worked. Finally, it takes time to consider how to take these new practices out into the workplace and apply them in a way that will motivate others to participate without disrupting the ability to get product out the door. However, it’s a small investment when compared to the transformative breakthroughs that result.

Breakthrough Training

Before we can learn anything new, first we must empty the cup.

The warp speed world keeps filling our cups with an endless stream of accelerating data, deadlines and demands. This creates the illusion that we are in a constant state of learning and innovation.
